Elite Properties of Maryland, LLC was established on three principles:

• Management - providing “owner like” attention to servicing rental investment properties.
• Experience - finding the right match between renters and properties
• Service - Ensuring a smooth and productive experience for all involved.

Elite Properties of Maryland is a locally owned property management company that was created to solely manage rentals for individual owners. Although we are licensed, we do not sell real estate as we feel it would be a distraction from renting and managing our properties. Property management is our only focus.

Elite Properties of Maryland is a proud Member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). The National Association of Residential Property Managers is an association designed for real estate property managers and other real estate professionals to assist them in their knowledge, ongoing education and professionalism.
